Terrell Goodman, "Coach Goodie"
Head Coach
My name is Terrell Goodman (Coach Goodie). I’ve been coaching girls flag football for the past 3 years. My daughters’ interest in flag football inspired me to start coaching the sport. When they became passionate about the sport, I knew I had to be involved. This opportunity allowed me to spend even more quality time with them and be a part of building the next generation of female flag football athletes. Aside from coaching flag football, I have also coached softball, baseball, and track & field. My philosophy to the game is to help build character and instill values of discipline, accountability, and teamwork. Leadership is key and I want to inspire athletes to maximize their potential through example. What I hope to teach my athletes beyond football is- life changes, people change, and your environment will change. Just know that what you went through made you into who you are. Always be true to yourself and believe in yourself. Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I played football, baseball, basketball, and track & field. Baseball has always been my favorite sport, and I had the opportunity to play a bit of college baseball in Illinois. I currently play on a men’s Sunday league baseball team. So fun! My favorite aspect of coaching high school sports is the trust, the conversations, the inside jokes, and the moments when they start believing in themselves—that’s what makes it special. My favorite pro football team is the Las Vegas Raiders, and my favorite college team is Michigan Wolverines. My motto that I live by is “Leadership is not about a title; it’s about impact, influence, and inspiration.” -Robin S. Sharma Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughters, going on road trips, playing video games, and cooking up some pretty tasty meals for my family. Thank you all for the support. You’ve got my back and I’ve got yours! Much love! Coach Goodie

Alif Delacruz Orozco, Coach Alif
Asst. Varsity Coach
Hi, I’m excited to introduce myself as one of the assistant coaches for the girls flag football team. I’ve been coaching flag football for about six years, and I’ve also coached soccer and basketball. My journey into coaching girls flag football really started because of my daughter, and it’s grown into something I’m truly passionate about. My coaching philosophy is simple: it’s not about what you know, it’s about what you can teach. I believe every athlete is capable and has the ability to succeed—but being willing to put in the effort, stay consistent, and have the right mindset is what makes the difference. I played multiple sports growing up—baseball, football, soccer, and basketball—all at the high school level. One of my favorite memories as an athlete was being named Team MVP in soccer. Those experiences helped shape who I am as a coach today. Outside of coaching, I have a background in sports agility training and public speaking, and I’m a trainer and co-owner of 1MREP LLC. I really enjoy helping athletes develop not just their skills, but their confidence as well. What I love most about coaching high school sports is seeing each athlete grow and develop over time. I’m a big LA Rams fan, and I live by this mindset: be coachable. Effort is a decision. Mindset is a decision. Consistency is a decision—there are no shortcuts to success. When I’m not coaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, working out, and doing public speaking. I’m excited to be part of the Foothill community and look forward to working with these athletes this season!

Leslie Cameron, Coach Leslie
Head JV Coach
I’m Leslie Cameron. I’ve been coaching girls’ flag football for the past two years, and I absolutely love it. It’s exciting to see the sport gaining momentum at the high school level—more teams, tougher competition, and growing opportunities for young women. It’s something I’m passionate about, and I feel lucky to be part of it. Sports have always played a big role in my life. I grew up playing softball from the age of four all the way through varsity in high school, and even now I still play in adult coed leagues. I also played flag football in high school as a quarterback—back before it was even an official sport. Learning the game back then helped shape the way I see it now as a coach. My friends and family were the ones who encouraged me to use my love of sports to help build up the next generation of female athletes. That’s really what inspired me to coach. My approach is rooted in the fundamentals—consistency, discipline, and helping each athlete push to reach her full potential. At the heart of everything I teach is respect: for the game, the team, the coaches, family, school, and most importantly, yourself. I want my athletes to feel empowered through sports, and to understand that with hard work, there are no limits to what they can achieve—on or off the field. Outside of flag football, I enjoy golfing as often as I can—a love I picked up from my grandparents as a kid. I’m also a big fan of traveling, going to sporting events, and enjoying great food with friends and family. One of my proudest athletic moments was being part of the CIF-SS Division 1 champion Upland High School softball team as a freshman. We actually beat Foothill 3–1 for the championship! As for football fandom, I’ve always been a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan. I’m actually a shareholder and a season ticket holder. Go Pack Go! And here’s a fun fact: since 2015, I’ve been on a competitive jigsaw puzzle team. We’ve traveled across the country to compete—and yes, that’s a real thing! One of my favorite quotes is from the legendary Coach John Wooden: “Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.” That’s what I strive for, both as a coach and in life.

John Montague, Coach Johnny
Asst. JV Coach
I’m excited to step into my first season as a JV girls flag football coach. While this is my first year leading a team in flag football, I had the opportunity to volunteer with the JV quarterbacks last season, which reignited my passion for coaching. Watching my daughter play over the past three seasons has also been incredibly rewarding, and it’s been amazing to see how quickly this program is growing. I’ve previously coached tennis, soccer, and baseball, and I bring that experience into my approach on the field. My coaching philosophy is simple: work smarter and harder. I focus on helping athletes develop strong decision-making skills, build endurance, and grow confidence in themselves while strengthening the bond they share as a team. Beyond football, I hope to teach my players that anything is achievable—on or off the field—with hard work and perseverance. As a former high school football and tennis player, and a college rugby athlete, I understand the value of commitment, teamwork, and resilience. One of my favorite parts about coaching high school athletes is their eagerness to learn and how quickly they improve. It’s also incredibly rewarding to watch them form strong, lasting connections with one another. I grew up in New York and have been a loyal fan of the New York Jets for years. I also live by the quote from Yogi Berra: “It ain't over till it's over.” Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, skiing, going to the beach with my son and our dog, cooking, watching documentaries, and working on building projects and motorcycles. Thank you for the opportunity—I’m looking forward to an amazing season!
