How do I sign up for summer camp?

What is athletic clearance? 

  • TUSD requires that all athletes (returning and incoming) must have completed the Athletic Clearance process before they can participate in any summer and/or school-year sports activities.

  • The Athletic Clearance is valid for one year and must be repeated on an annual basis. Failure to renew the Athletic Clearance prior to summer will result in the student not being able to participate in any summer and/or school-year activities at Foothill.

When are tryouts?

  • April 26th 8-10am for current Foothill High School girls

  • June 16th and 17th 8-10am for incoming freshman and new students

What equipment do players need?

  • Turf shoes or molded rubber cleats ONLY. 

  • NO metal cleats, screw in cleats, or baseball cleats allowed. 

  • Mouthguard

  • Any additional personal accessories such as gloves and concussion headbands/helmets are optional. 

 

What is provided to players?

Foothill provides uniforms. Players will receive a Home and Away jersey. Players will also receive 2 pairs of shorts. Players are responsible for maintaining their uniforms during the season, and return them at the conclusion of the season. 

 

Is there a minimum GPA to play flag football?

Yes! Academics are extremely important and we encourage, recognize and honor our scholar athletes. A minimum G.P.A. of 2.0 must be maintained in order to be eligible to play on the team.​
